Colorado Police Officer Fired After Sexual Assault Charges
A police officer in the City of Englewood, Colorado has been fired after being arrested in May on sexual assault and domestic violence charges according to The Denver Channel.
For less than a year, Anna McCain was a patrol officer for the Englewood police department. McCain was arrested on May 29th and the details of her arrest haven't been made publicly available.
McCain has been charged with two class 4 felonies; and causing injury in an act of domestic violence.
The arrest was made by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office after a warrant for McCain's arrest was issued.
