It's one of the most iconic cars in modern history: The DMC-12. Also known as Doc Brown's time machine, When Totally 80's Pizza in Fort Collins holds their annual 'DeLoreans Day' events, it brings those cars and a great crowd.
Each summer for several years, Totally 80's Pizza in Fort Collins, a Colorado legend, has celebrated their 'Back to the Future Day.' Part of the day is the gathering of DeLoreans- aka the time machine from the movie!
When is DeLoreans Day at Totally '80's Pizza & Museum in Fort Collins?
Generally, it's held the third weekend of July; "Back to the Future" came out July 3, 1985, so getting in during July is key. It's a three-hour event (July 18 for 2026) of people coming together to celebrate not only the car, but one of the greatest movies from the 1980s.

Being a huge fan of "Back to the Future" myself, I like attending DeLorean Day; I love the car (who doesn't) and love seeing the different ways the owners have decked them out. I always search to determine which owner has the best "Flux Capacitor" inside; I'm never disappointed.
One year, among those "in costume," there was a girl dressed as Jennifer. I was walking around getting photos, and she wanted to make sure I got one of "Jennifer sleeping in the DeLorean." It was a part of the kind of fun that the day brings: The 80's, some pizza, and those beautiful DeLoreans.
