There are thousands and thousands of Coloradans that love Italian food. Downtown Loveland had a little place; that little place has returned, with Paulie at the helm of a great food truck.

Where is Paulie's Italian Grill Now in Downtown Loveland?

As of mid-July of 2026, you can find Paulie's Italian Grill (as a food truck) located at 103 West 4th Street in Downtown Loveland, just east of The Egg Kings. I had heard that Paulie was coming back in early May of that year. He actually gave me a call to talk about it.

He was very excited (in person he's even more excited) about getting a location to bring back to Loveland what he loves: Bringing great Italian food to the people. What made the spot even better, it's basically where he used to be in Downtown. In mid-to-late July, I saw that he was dishing out food, so I paid a visit.

How Does Getting Food at Paulie's Italian Grill Food Truck Work?

You can't miss that RV that he's had converted into a food truck, especially when it resembles the Italian flag. The order window and parking on on the north side of the truck, which is parked by the commissary kitchen that helps him prepare his menu items. Also helping, is his sister, Dawn.

He's cooking up a lot of tasty Italian dishes, with an East Coast flare. Paulie is one to point out that you can have sausage cannolis as well as dessert cannolis. Speaking of dessert, I had a slice of his Limoncello cake; I'd never had it, and it was amazing. It was a great dessert for my Small Spaghetti entrée (which was freshly made.)

His (takeout only) menu should be going up soon on his Facebook page, but you'll find it here, below. You can call him ahead of time to order, at 720-275-0337. Paulie told me that he's hoping to get some outdoor seating for the truck, at some point.
