There's just something about every generation of kids in Colorado, along with the "big kids" that bring them, wanting to see those "Monster Trucks" up close. Loveland is a stop on the 2026 Toughest Monster Truck Tour, bringing the legendary fun to town.

When Will the Monster Trucks Be in Loveland in 2026?

The Toughest Monster Truck Tour will be at Blue Arena for just two shows, on Friday, October 16 at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, October 17, at 3:00 in the afternoon. It was in late 2025 that the tour announced that if there is a Friday-Saturday booking, the Saturday show will be in the afternoon, making it easier on families.

The Tour Has Been Coming to Loveland for Over a Decade

It's hard to believe that the tour has been coming to Loveland since 2012, back when the venue was knows as Budweiser Events Center. That's nearly 15 years; with hundreds of giant trucks, hundreds of thousands of kids/adults, and nearly 1,200 dump trucks of dirt.

There are a few shows that seem like a "right of passage" when it comes to taking the kids; the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice are prime examples; Toughest Monster Trucks falls right in there as well. Seeing the looks on the kids' faces and overall spectacle of it.

Trucks/Drivers Scheduled for the Tour:

  • The gigantic building block project, Blockhead driven by Daron Basl.
  • The Winter 2026 Tour Champion, Dozer, driven by David Olfert.
  • 2024 and 2025 Tour Champion Dirt Crew and driver Jerry Beck – the monster-sized dump truck that always goes big Maximus, driven by Jared Smith.
  • And the dinosaur-themed trucks Jurassic Attack, driven by Preston Collins and Velociraptor, driven by Preston Perez.
  • And just for fun, featuring the high-flying tricks and stunts of the Colorado-based Freestyle Motocross team.

*Line-up subject to change.

MORE LOVELAND - We Were Inside the Downtown Safeway on the Day it Closed

When I paid my last visit to the Downtown Safeway on its last day, October 25, 2025, it was with trepidation: I didn't want to see how sad it probably looked, but like watching a wreck on the highway, it was hard to not see the how it looked.
