Three New Businesses Announced for Windsor Development
The town of Windsor continues to grow, with plans for different parcels throughout the area. One piece of land now knows what will be occupying it in 2018.
According to the Coloradoan, Windsor will now be home to a new Human Bean coffee shop, Doug's Day Diner, and Kum and Go. It will be located at the intersection of Highway 257 and East Main Street, which is where a Chevrolet dealership used to be located.
Before any construction can begin on the plaza, which has plans to add more retail, the town must complete a new roundabout on 257 as well as improve infrastructure in the area.
They hope to have the new Doug's Day Diner opened in the first quarter of 2018.
