The Burnout Grill in Milliken is Looking for New Owners
There are a lot of great dive/biker bars across Colorado; one, in the small town of Millken, about 12 miles south of Windsor, has been around for over a decade. Will new owners keep it the same, or look to do something different?
How Long Has The Burnout Grill Been in Milliken, Colorado?
The Burnout Grill first opened in 2013 at 1760 Broad Street in Milliken; prior to that, it had been a Mexican restaurant. In 2020, new owners took over The Burnout Grill, a casual, low-key sports bar, friendly to locals and bikers alike. It's a great stop when you're out for a peaceful ride in Northern Colorado, whether you're headed westbound or eastbound along Highway 60.
The current owners of The Burnout Grill have had the bar "on the market" for more than a few months, but they continue to keep the doors open. That's a good thing: it shows that the business is doing fine, they're just ready to move on down the road. I think many can relate to that: While at first things were fun and exciting, years later, not so much.

There certainly aren't many options for a casual meal/beverage in Milliken; Ohara's Irish Pub, which has only been open for a couple of years, seems to be the only other spot in town.
I know Antonio's Real NY Pizza is looking for a spot for his next location; maybe he'll take it on. I can see him having success: Many people love pizza, and having a place to sit and enjoy some (with perhaps a beer) can be tempting.
