Join me as I travel around Northern Colorado in search of NoCo's Greatest Pie. This week, I made a stop at Ft. Collins at the Harmony location of Pulcinella's.

In pursuit of Northern Colorado's Greatest Pie, my 'Pizza My Heart' series took me into Ft. Collins and Pulcinella Pizzeria, off of Harmony and Timberline.

There are two Pulcinella's in Ft. Collins, the other one (their first one) is off of Drake and Sheilds, which has been around for 25+ years. My cohort Jake and I opted for the Harmony one on October 2, 2019.

They serve up Neopolitan style pies at Pulcinella's. The kind with the thin crusts. I'm becoming a fan of these style of pies, here on my quest, so they were off to a good start.

We decided on the Al Fresco pie: Garlic oil base, mozzarella, chicken, crispy bacon, and drizzled with Ranch dressing. We got the medium one at $16.

I'm gonna be honest, that was a great pizza. The drizzle of ranch dressing really made the pie.

The venue is kind of small, though it's long. I'm not seeing it as a place to take the softball team; but then again, they opened up this second location to help fill the need for more pizza options on the south side of town, and that it does well.

I think we'll be back to check out the Drake location on my quest.

Let's get to the review:

Google Reviews, 203 of them, give Pulcinella on Harmony a 4.2 out of 5.

I agree.

My 'Pizza My Heart' Rating: 4.2 pepperonis out of 5.

Well done, gang.
