The Colorado Eagles are coming home down 3-2 in the best of seven Kelly Cup Championship this Wednesday night in what will be their last home game of the season. If the Eagles win, they even the series, but they do have to go back to Florida for the final game.

Every game had been close until this past Saturday as the Everblades blanked the Eagle 5-0. Otherwise, there have been two games that went into OT and only one other game with more than a one goal margin of victory (The Eagles won game one 3-1). Even the highest scoring game (a 7-6 Everblades win this past Friday) was decided by one goal. These teams are evenly matched and each game moving forward will be far more intense.

This Wednesday night's game will be the last one for the Eagles as members of the ECHL as well as they move to the AHL next season.

The puck drops at 7:05pm at the Budweiser Events Center.
