The Larimer County Sheriff's Office is reaching out to the community, asking anyone who has information about an incident that occurred on Thursday night to please come forward.

At approximately 5:11 p.m. on May 9, officers received a call about an accident involving two vehicles, that occurred just south of the Berthoud Exit, on the east Frontage Road alongside Northbound I-25 at about mile marker 249. The two vehicles were a white GMC truck with a black flatbed and a silver Chevrolet Suburban. Investigators determined that one of the vehicles had been travelling northbound on Frontage, while the other left Northbound I-25 and crossed the grass median onto the Frontage Road, where the two then collided.

During the initial investigation, it was determined that the white GMC was actually stolen from an agricultural business. The drive of the GMC truck was Mark Edward Cittadino (1/28/71), and he was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Following that, Cittadino was booked into the Larimer County Jail on allegations of Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft and 3rd Degree Trespassing. Drugs are believed to be a contributing factor in the collision.
