No question about it: When Tim Tebow gets mentioned, Coloradoans ears perk up. The guy brought something to the Denver Broncos for the 2011 season, that’s for sure. ‘All he does is win’ was the mantra. Now, all he does is play baseball. Is he really any good?

That 2011 season for the Denver Broncos was hoot, thanks to Mr. Tim Tebow. He was far from the being best quarterback the Broncos had ever seen, but he brought energy and inspiration to the franchise when it was needed. He did help the team take the AFC Championship that season, but by the next season (with Peyton Manning coming on board), he was out.

He played for the Jets for a bit, the Patriots briefly, and the Eagles for a stint. Then he went into broadcasting, and then he landed a baseball gig with the New York Mets in late 2016 on one of their ‘farm teams’ – the low-A team, the Columbia Fireflies in South Carolina as a centerfielder.

Word has it now, that Tebow has been moved up!  He’ll now be playing for the Class A ADVANCED team for the Mets, The St. Lucie Mets in Florida. The General Manager for the full-fledged Mets, notes that Tebow isn’t necessarily crushing it, but he IS improving.

He's IMPROVING! There you have it!

Maybe he’ll back in Denver soon, to take on the Colorado Rockies!
