Like so many conversations with have to have with our kids, Internet safety can be a tough, sometimes awkward one. This event should help and it's free. Fort Collins officers will give talks about sexual predators, online enticement and grooming, social networking websites, cyberbullying, email, instant messaging (IM), smartphones and sexting.

Choose a date that works for you. Internet safety events will be held March 7, April 4, and May 2. At these events families will be divided into three groups: adults; 8–12 year-olds; and 13–18 year-olds. The presentations will last from 6:30-8:00 pm.

If you have questions or would like to register for this free event, please contact Randine Nelson at 970.416.2384 or rnelson@fcgov.com and indicate which night you'd like to attend.
