Fitness Competition Starts Fittingly with a Nurition Quiz [VIDEO]
The Team Challenge that we have going with Miramont Lifestyle Fitness is a simple improvement program that includes all the necessary elements for participants to achieve said improvement.
So, we don't just show up to workout. We've added nutritional counseling, wellness coaching and accountability because we have seen these elements translate to more success.
Also, we know it's fun to get everyone together for a little friendly competition every so often, so we have Saturday Showdowns where teams go head to head.
This week, a quiz was added to our competition. I loved it.
