Get ready for some luxury, Johnstown.

A 98-room, dual-branded hotel is expected to open in the town's 2534 development in the fall of 2020, according to the Loveland-Reporter Herald

Hart Family Hotels, a hotel development company out of Omaha, purchased the 2.7 acres planned for the hotel for $1.2 million on November 12.

The company currently has 25 hotels throughout the Midwest, but this will be its first location in Colorado.

The Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites four-story hotel will be located northeast of Scheels near I-25 and U.S. 34.

The former side of the hotel will have 65 traditional rooms, while the latter side will feature 33 bigger rooms that include kitchens.

An indoor pool, laundry, a coffee bar, and hot breakfast will also be available to guests.

While this is the company's first hotel in Colorado, it certainly won't be the last.

Hart Family Hotels hopes to build in at least five other markets throughout the state — one of which is confirmed to be in Denver's Stapleton area.

Despite their Omaha roots, the company already has some Northern Colorado ties. Their original hotel contractor in 1962 was from Fort Collins.
