Downtown Loveland Construction Project Expected to Cause Delays

If you've driven in downtown Loveland the past week, you no doubt have seen the construction signs warning you of an upcoming project.

Today, Monday, March 6th is when that redevelopment project begins. Crews will be installing new water and sewer lines underneath Cleveland Avenue and replacing a new line underneath Third Street. These repairs could last up to four months.

First Street will be one lane in each direction between Cleveland and Lincoln Avenues, and one lane of Cleveland and Lincoln will also be closed.
