Yoga at Red Rocks -Kama’s Review

Colorado is so lucky to be home to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. I have been there dozens of times for concerts, but this past weekend I got up early and drove to Red Rocks for yoga. Yoga on the Rocks happens all summer and the tickets are only $12, but they sell out quickly. This is now something I will encourage everyone to experience. Spending the morning at the majestic Red Rocks Amphitheatre with a thousand people or so, doing something positive for mind and body was a really incredible time.
