‘Why Not? With Shania Twain’ on Oprah’s OWN Network, May 8th

Shania Twain has signed up with Oprah's OWN network for a show that is kind of a real life look at her past, present and future, behind the scenes.

Shania Twain is all set for her new show "Why Not? With Shania Twain" to premiere on Oprah's OWN network on May 8th.

Reportedly the docu-series will follow Twain as she revisits her childhood home in Timmins, Northern Ontario, Canada and deals with the loss of both her parents in a devastating car accident and the poverty of her childhood.

She’ll also discuss the breakdown of her marriage after 14 years from Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, and engagement and her New Years marriage to Frèdèric Thièbaud.

The series will chronicle her on a cross-country adventure with her bandmates and friends, meeting with vocal coaches and doctors to strengthen her voice.
