[WATCH] Snow Fall in Estes Park Memorial Day Weekend

Typically, Coloradans live by the proverb "expect snow until Mother's Day." However, Mother's Day came and went, now Memorial Day is here and with it... snow.

From a mid-70 degree day to a snow day, Estes Park watched snow fall during Memorial Day weekend this year.

People went to Facebook to post their videos of the snow falling Sunday.

A Facebook page called Estes Park, CO shared the video below.

The 2019/2020 snowfall rate is 22% higher than the historical average thus far, according to How Much Will It Snow.

Last year was the latest it had snowed in Estes Park in 7 years - May 28, 2019. Before that record, the latest date for snowfall was May 24, 2015.
