Scientists in the U.K. recently tested a universal flu vaccine on humans.  The results were promising, according to an article on msnbc.com.

Developed by scientists at Oxford University, the vaccine could potentially eliminate the need for a yearly flu shot, thereby also eliminating the shortage issues that plague health organizations every time the virus mutates (i.e. the type of problem we had during the H1N1 pandemic).

Personally, I've never been a fan of annual flu shots.  It's exciting to think that they could soon be things of the past.  What do you think?  If one injection could save you from having to get one every year, would you take it?  Comment below!
