Two Planes Crash Mid-air Near Cherry Creek State Park

South Metro Fire Rescue is reporting that two planes have crashed mid-air on Wednesday morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. The incident appears to have occurred just south of Cherry Creek Reservoir near East Belleview Avenue and South Peoria Street. Crews are on the scene of the crash currently investigating.
