Northern Colorado Triples Down on Double-Doubles With New In-N-Out

You can't deny the fever that happens when word gets out of an In-N-Out coming to town; many people love them. The Fort Collins area's one opened on June 25, 2026, becoming Colorado's 15th location.

Where is the Timnath, Colorado In-N-Out?

Just east of I-25 and Harmony Road in Timnath, is the Ladera development which includes In-N-Out at 4911 Cima Vista Drive. It's hard to miss the bright white building with the bright yellow arrow; it'll be even harder to miss the line of cars and people waiting to get their "Double Doubles."

In-N-Out First Came to Northern Colorado in 2023

It was in November of 2023, that I was one of the first 10 people in line when the Loveland In-N-Out opened, bringing Northern Colorado it's first location. Longmont came next in late 2025, and now we have one in Timnath/Fort Collins. Folks from Cheyenne will be coming to the I-25/Harmony In-N-Out, for sure.

In-N-Out Opened Several Locations After First Opening in Colorado

72 years after first opening in 1948 in California, In-N-Out landed in Colorado with two locations opening at the same time (Aurora, Colorado Springs) in 2020. It was in 1992 that Las Vegas became the first location outside of California; how many Coloradans made their way to a Vegas In-N-Out while on vacation before 2020?

When Will Whataburger Come to Northern Colorado?

In February of 2022, Whataburger, another of America's favorite burger chains, finally came to Colorado, in Colorado Springs. As of the summer of 2026, there are eight Whataburgers in the state, all south of Denver.
