Boulder Burger Joint Expands With New Northern Colorado Spot
If there's one thing many in Colorado can agree on it's grabbing a burger. A company based out of Boulder is changing burger joints for the better and opened up their second location south of Fort Collins in Timnath.
Who is the New Burger Joint in Timnath, Colorado?
It was when I was traveling from Windsor to Fort Collins in mid-May of 2026 to hit up the first Shake Shack in Northern Colorado that I noticed Wild Pastures Burger Co. along Harmony Road in Timnath. I'd never heard of them, and figured that others hadn't either, so I decided to check them out.
Where is Wild Pastures Burger Co. in Timnath?
It's crazy to see how much Harmony Road has developed over the years that I've worked the radio station; I'm one of those that says, "I can remember when this was all farmland, and this was a two lane road..." There is now a business park on the south side of Harmony Road at Signal Tree Drive, not far from the interstate, that's where you'll find Wild Pastures Burger Co.

What is Wild Pastures Burger Co.'s Mission?
The founders of Wild Pastures Burger Co. wanted to up the game when it comes to burger joints: Grass fed and grass finished beef for starters, not using any vegetable oil for cooking their fries for another. They cook their fries in tallow (I had to look up what tallow is.)
No Real Sodas, But Shakea and Beers Are Available
Add in, that you won't find neither Pepsi nor Coke products to fill your cup, but Smart Soda instead. They do have a selection of beers on tap, and milkshakes. I had a shake on my visit, and it was tasty, along with the food. I really took the time to notice the difference of it being a healthier meal, it was great.
