CBS News recently listed the deadliest highways in every state. Highway 160 is Colorado's.

U.S. Highway 160 runs east-west through all of Colorado in the southern part of the state. It enters Colorado near Cortez and then enters Kansas in an area about 45 minutes east of Springfield, Colorado.

Nope, I'd never heard of Springfield, Colorado either.

CBS News states that Colorado's section of Highway 160 sees an average of more than 11 fatal accidents every year.

Keep that in mind if you or your family ever plan a road trip to the San Juan National Forest area.
