Red Mountain Open Space is Now Closed

According to NorthFortyNews, Red Mountain Open Space in Wellington has closed for the season.

The closure is intended to keep hikers safe during the brutal and often unpredictable NoCo weather conditions while protecting large animals such as elk and bighorn sheep.

NorthFortyNews says, Red Mountain Open Space will reopen to the public on March 1, 2020.
