Poudre School District has announced that they will be remote learning until at least mid-October.

This is a little different from the end of last Summer where kids just rounded out the school year online.

Today, kids have new teachers and teachers are breaking in a new group of students all through the computer. Luckily PSD will be providing their students with the technology needed to crush this semester.

This is a tall order however as 2,400 students are registered for PSD's online learning and there is a national demand for computers.

The district ordered additional laptops in preparation for the possibility of remote learning in the Fall. Unfortunately, there are global supply chain delays which means not every student will get a district-issued device, according to the Coloradoan.

Parents have been asked to notify PSD if their child already has access to a computer so that the devices available can be distributed to those in need.

The district has also purchased portable internet hot spots for their students, called MiFi. Hey, can I get one of those?
