One Person Sent to Hospital After Carpenter Road Collision

One person is in the hospital with serious injuries following a head-on collision on Carpenter Road Tuesday (May 12) morning.

According to The Coloradoan, the crash occurred around 6 a.m. in foggy weather, and involved three vehicles.

An ambulance took the injured person to an area hospital around 6:20 a.m. The condition of the other individuals involved in the crash is still unknown.

The collision caused a closure of Carpenter Road from Timberline Road to Larimer County Road 9.

The area has since reopened.
