NoCo Restaurant Spotlight: Nick’s Italian Known For Pizza, Pasta & Burgers
Townsquare Media Northern Colorado is highlighting different local restaurants that are recovering and reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic with a NoCo Restaurant Spotlight series.
Nick's Italian has become a Fort Collins go-to for pizza, pasta and even burgers in its five years operating in the Choice City.
The 1100 S. College Ave. eatery is run by restaurant vet Nick Doyle, an alum of Colorado State University that's housed just across the street who grew up feasting on the Italian joints in his native Chicago.
Nick's Italian has reopened for dine-in/patio service. We sat down with Doyle about how the establishment is rebounding from the pandemic:
