New Mexican Restaurant Opens in Loveland

One of Loveland's favorite stops for Mexican now has some competition, right next door. Lookout, Santiago's, here comes Riki's.

Riki's Mexican Grill has opened at 1473 Eisenhower, just to the west of Santiago's. Slow-roasted whole chicken' sounds to be the backbone of the restaurant's authentic menu, featuring their Pollo Azado; they also have wings.

It'll definitely be interesting to see how the two restaurants do, going head-to-head.
