Loveland Emissions Location Reopens
The Loveland Air Care Colorado station emissions location has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to CBS Denver, as of Monday morning, the Loveland location at 7001 N. Franklin Ave. has reopened.
All three emissions testing locations in Northern Colorado are now open to inspect vehicles. Fort Collins and Greeley reopened about a month ago.
Emissions Tips:
- If you are renewing your registration for June and need emissions done, you are being urged to wait until July to get your emissions inspection.
- June registrations will not be late if done in July. There is a 30 day grace period after the last day of the renewal month.
- Longest waits at emissions locations are usually early mornings and Mondays. Drivers should consider getting emissions testing done mid-week or mid to late afternoon.
