Sure, you could dine at a restaurant in Colorado that the critics adore, but how about one that actual diners say is great? Open Table released the end-of-the-year list for 2024, and Colorado has three spots on it.

Folks who go out of their way to rate a restaurant on Open Table must have strong feelings about the place; I generally just use it to reserve a table, not to rate. The three on the list of 100, all get more than four stars, that's a good sign.

Why not make plans for 2025, to grab a table at one of these spots?

Three Colorado Restaurants Land on Open Table's 100 Best for 2024

Five would have been nice, but three on the list beats a stick in the eye, right? If only there was one more, then we could make an "every quarter" plan to hit up these places. We'll just have to figure it out.

The three Colorado restaurants, as chosen by users of Open Table, must be doing something right, because thousands of people use the app every month to book restaurants in the state. How often do you?

👉 DENVER - William & Graham

I think a lot of people know of William & Graham being the "bookcase" speakeasy in Denver, but not many know that they have a great food menu as well. You'll find frogs legs, burgers, salmon, ribeye, and more.

Open Table users give William & Graham 4.8 out of 5 stars.

👉 VAIL - Matsuhisa [Vail]

This Vail location is one of about a dozen of the Japanese/Sushi restaurants that Nobu Matsuhisa operates across the world, including Greece. There are three in Colorado: Denver, Vail, Aspen. The Vail location has been open since 2011.

Open Table users give Matsuhisa Vail 4.8 out of 5 stars.

👉 ASPEN - Clark's Oyster Bar [Aspen]

Clark's Oyster Bar has four locations across America; its second location, in Aspen, opened in 2018. Fresh seafood is the game, and they're great at it, according to Open Table. I think the Linguini and Clams sounds delicious ($38.)

Open Table users give Clark's Aspen 4.7 our of 5 stars.
