I Bought a Loveland House During COVID-19

As you can see from the photo, house hunting in 2020 is something for the history books.

No touching anything, gloves and masks are mandatory and no children are allowed to tour the home. Not only that, but realtors can only show you homes that you are very serious about. Gone are the days of spending a weekend cruising open houses.

I've got to hand it to the virtual tours though, you have to hire someone to come and and capture those images but they make a huge difference. If you are thinking of selling a home during COVID-19, I would highly recommend setting up the virtual tour.

We have been house hunting since last Summer, so its safe to say that by this point I knew what I wanted which made the process a lot easier given our current pandemic.
