Greeley Firefighters Look to Citizens to Help Save Lives
The Greeley Fire Department is donating a life-saving device to the Greeley Senior Center this month. This Wednesday, July 11th 2012, @ 11:30 AM, members of the Greeley Fire Department and the Heart Safe City program will dedicate a new AED (automated external defibrillator) at the Greeley Senior Activity Center.
You could help save a life by being certified in CPR and knowing how to use and AED. In August, the City of Greeley is offering a free CPR/AED training and certification class.
The Greeley Fire Department and the Heart Safe City program encourage citizens to learn CPR/AED and are offering free classes. A great response by citizens has filled most upcoming classes but there are still openings in an August 25th class.
You can sign up for the the free CPR/AED course, by calling 970-350-9508.
