Fort Collins Waffle Lab Restaurant, Food Truck Has New Owners
The Waffle Lab has announced that the restaurant and food truck is under new ownership.
The Waffle Lab food truck was founded in 2012, eventually winning awards and opening a storefront in Old Town at 130 W. Olive St. They specialize in many different combinations of gourmet Belgian-style Liège waffles.
Over the weekend I saw a post on Instagram announcing their new ownership:
INTRODUCING THE NEW OWNERS OF THE WAFFLE LAB. Ashley Zeruto & Brad, Rachael and Brayden Roumaya. This dynamic team is thrilled to have purchased this northern Colorado staple and are excited to jump into all things waffles.
From sweet to savory, they have it all. For instance, over the weekend they shared this delicious looking concoction called the Braffle. A crispy, Liège waffle combined with New Belgium 1554 Black Ale bratwurst.
