Fort Collins Trolley Looking for Volunteers
Your wildest trolley conducting dreams are about to come true, as the Fort Collins trolley is looking for volunteers this season.
The Coloradoan says volunteer conductors and motor persons are in high demand right now for the historic downtown Fort Collins trolley, which operates weekends and holidays May through September along West Mountain Avenue.
Conductor training is scheduled March 19 and 26, so if you're available to enjoy days of scenic rides through beautiful downtown Fort Collins and learning about the city's rich history, you'll want to sign up.
Contact Carol Turner to volunteer and receive more information at 970-484-3957. If you'd like to be a motor person, contact Bob Browning at 970-225-0136.
The trolley is run by nonprofit Fort Collins Municipal Railway Society, who also provides training for trolley volunteers.
