With COVID numbers spiking, Northern Colorado schools are heading back to remote learning starting Monday.

These school districts announced their shifts back to online education on Friday:

  • Poudre School District (Fort Collins, Wellington): All grade levels will shift to full remote learning on Monday, Nov. 23 through winter break (Jan. 5). A decision about what will happen after will come later as the situation is monitored.
  • Thompson School District (Loveland, Berthoud): All grade levels will shift to full remote learning on Monday, Nov. 23 through winter break (Jan. 5). A decision about what will happen after will come later as the situation is monitored.
  • Greeley-Evans School District: All classes will move to full remote learning on Monday, Nov. 16 and go through all of Winter Break. Currently, the plan is to resume in-person classes on Jan. 6, but the situation will be monitored.
  • Weld RE-5 (Johnstown, Milliken): All classes will move to full remote learning on Monday, Nov. 16 and go through all of Winter Break. Currently, the plan is to resume in-person classes on Jan. 6, but the situation will be monitored.

We will update this article if other Northern Colorado districts make decisions.
