The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a number of challenges to businesses across Fort Collins.

The Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce is now formulating the next economic recovery response.

The group is currently the first of four planned phases, currently analyzing collected data and holding a number of industry-based focus groups. The formal strategy is being developed, with the group looking to combat the deepest issues.

Both the private and public sector are working together in the recovery.

“The established relationships that existed prior to COVID-19 gave us an upper hand in our road to response and recovery," said Adam Crowe, Larimer County Economic Development Manager in a press release about the recovery map.

Crowe said the essential goal of the project is "reigniting our economy and instilling consumer confidence.”
