It's something that stands out, because you just don't see it everyday, especially in cities/towns that aren't as big as Denver. When you visit Loveland, you may be surprised to see a vending machine, outside, in Downtown.

Where is Downtown Loveland's Vending Machine?

This vending machine is located outside, just east of the corner of Lincoln Avenue and 5th Street, along outside wall of The Meat Revolution. The Meat Revolution, featuring Lebanese-inspired rotisserie shawarma, is pretty popular, having opened in the spring of 2022.

Who Owns the Vending Machine That's in Downtown?

The vending machine is owned by the brother of the owner of The Meat Revolution. I would think that power is a big "hoop" you'd have to go through if you wanted to put vending machine outside; using The Meat Revolution's outlets is a big "score."

Inside the vending machine, there's some of the usual items, such as sodas, and varied snacks, costing about $2.00. That's not bad, when you consider how much you'd pay for a Coke at 7-11 or King Soopers. You'll also find, if you're in need, phone chargers for about $15.

When you consider that there isn't a real grocery store like Safeway in Downtown, anymore, a vending machine like this is a smart idea. Yes, there is the bodega-style market that we let you know about, Jack Jack's, but it's not open 24 hours day, like a vending machine is.

With Downtown Loveland's homeless population, and how teenagers can be teenagers, I would be concerned that the front "glass" of the vending machine is in danger of being broken by someone, and the goods inside being looted. I guess that the chance they take.

A Vending Machine on That Corner is Good Thinking

I can see folks waiting to get a table at Doug's on the weekends, using the vending machine, as well as those waiting to get a tattoo at Streetlight Tattooing (next to The Meat Revolution) hitting it up.
