Denver Real Estate Market Rocked by COVID-19
This spring was predicted to be one of the best Denver selling seasons ever, but hundreds of Denver metro homes have been pulled off the market, according to the Denver Post.
Thousands who have been sitting on years of good equity rushed to list their homes in fear of an economic collapse, while other home owners have pulled their listings out of concern for their own financial future.
March listings surged to 30.2% higher than February's listings.
However, there are now less homes available than there were during the last recession, when home owners were struggling to find buyers.
