Denver Mayor Extends Curfew Through June 5
Denver's Mayor, Michael Hancock announced on Monday afternoon (June 1, 2020) that the city will be under curfew from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. in an effort to curb protests.
According to Denver 7, after four nights of protests, the curfew will be extended and effect until Friday morning (June 5, 2020) at 5 a.m.
Violators could be fined up to $999 and sentenced to up to 300 days in jail.
