The erotic club, on Federal Boulevard south of Westminster, falls within the Tri-County Health region. The county's rules keep the customers 25 feet away from the dancers.

FOX 31 and have the story on how Player's Club is suing both the Tri-County Health Department and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Their suit alleges that the establishment's 1st and 14th amendment rights are being infringed upon.

The club says that if the customers have to stay 25 feet away, it makes it 'impossible' to make enough money to stay open.

It comes down to the county classifying the club's dancers as singers/performers. With that, singers/performers are to be 25 feet from 'audience members' to avoid spreading the COVID-19 coronavirus through particles put out into the air.

The club argues that 'erotic art'

..requries less distance to be effectively communicated to the patrons.

It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.
