CSU FOOTBALL: Rams Look For 1st Ever Win Over Boise State
After winning back the Bronze Boot for the first time in five years, new Colorado State head coach Steve Addazio is attempting to slay another dragon that has haunted the program in recent years.
CSU (1-1) will look to beat Mountain West Conference foe Boise State (2-1) for the first time in program history. The Rams are currently 0-9 all-time against the Broncos, including a 31-24 loss in Fort Collins last season.
Boise State hosts CSU at 6 p.m. on Thursday (Nov. 12). The stadium is known for its trademark blue turf.
The Broncos are coming off a 51-17 loss to No. 8 BYU last week. The Rams are fresh off the 34-24 home win over Wyoming — Addazio's first win of his CSU tenure.
