The first Arts Picnic drew just over 2,000 people. In recent years, over 20,000 have attended the event held in Historic Lincoln Park.

The City of Greeley announced on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, that the annual Arts Picnic, which began in 1979 and was scheduled for July 25 and 26, has been canceled.

With many large-gathering events including the Greeley Stampede, the Greeley Blues Fest and others being canceled due to safety concerns, this announcement is not surprising.

By the summer of 2021, we should see many events return; especially this legendary gathering, which brings over 150 artisans from across the country and thousands of visitors to Lincoln Park for great, community fun.
