The Budweiser Events Center at The Ranch has a lot to celebrate today: They're the first arena in the state of Colorado to achieve Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation, according to a press release.

What does that mean, exactly? This is considered the "gold standard" for prepared facilities, and it means that the Budweiser Events Center has made incredible strides when it comes to keeping the arena safe and healthy for their guests as they reopen.

It's scary to think about attending events again, but the Budweiser Events Center knows how important it is to keep everyone safe and healthy, and thanks to this accreditation, the BEC is probably safer than most places you've visited recently.

In order to receive Global Biorisk Advisory Council STAR accreditation, a press release noted that:

"...the Budweiser Events Center was required to demonstrate compliance with the program’s 20 core elements, which range from standard operating procedures and risk assessment strategies to personal protective equipment and emergency preparedness and response measures."

The Budweiser Events Center is not just compliant, but going above and beyond with keeping their facility clean and disease-free, training their staff on best practices, and further working on outbreak prevention and response techniques.
