Funny Allstate ‘Mayhem Bear’ Commercial has Colorado Written All Over It

Most of us Coloradans have seen at least one Allstate commercial featuring "Mayhem," the guy with the small bandage on his face. He's been the cause of many accidents involving cars and homes; now, there's one where he's a bear, and it's all Colorado.

The actor behind Allstate's "Mayhem" made a big splash on the small screen as a "dumb creep," but he's really been entertaining America as this "causer of insurance claims." Have you seen this one where he's a bear tearing into a car in the woods?

Dean Winters landed one of the "gigs of a lifetime" when he became "Mayhem" for Allstate in 2010. It doesn't seem like it's been that long that he's been cracking us up as the guy in the suit with the knack for causing trouble.

There was that one "arc" where he was going to turn over a new leaf and be a "good guy," but we all knew that wouldn't last, he's too good at mayhem.

The year Winters landed the Allstate role, he was also co-starring on "30 Rock" as Liz Lemon's "on again, off again" mean-jerk boyfriend, Dennis. He always called her, "Dummy."

One of the latest Allstate ads with Winters is "Mayhem" being a bear, ripping into a car out in the woods, and it just has Colorado written all over it. How many videos have we seen with bears in Colorado getting into people's cars and causing.... mayhem.

In the "Bear" commercial, he smells/sees the food in a vehicle...

He rips a door off..

He rummages through the car... (this is probably the least likely part - hardly any damage)

In the end, "Mayhem" knocks the sideview mirror of the vehicle. Classic "bear."
