Aims Community College offers a variety of programs, and one of theirs has just received national attention.

The Aims Automotive program is an accredited program with certificates and degrees in Collision Repair and Service Technology and is one of the leading programs in Colorado.

The 2016 USA National Leadership and Skills Conference was held June 20-24th in Louisville, KY. Aims Community College students Ben Falconer and Grant Kennedy placed in the Top 10 at the conference where forty-nine states were represented.

Falconer took 1st place in High School Refinishing for the second consecutive year. Kennedy took 10th place in Post-Secondary Collision.

Aims automotive instructor and faculty competition representative Mike Hanscome accompanied the students and said, “The competition meant a lot to all of us this year. Ben and Grant did not disappoint. They were professional, courteous and represented Aims Community College to the highest degree. I am very proud to be a part of this with them.”
