ZZ Top have book the band's first show in the Fort Collins area since the passing of bassist Duty Hill, in July of 2021.

Dusty passed away at the age of 72, in his sleep; before his passing, he made it clear that the band's guitar tech, Elwood Francis should take his place in the band.

I think many people will want to be at this show to pay their respects to Dusty and celebrate how Billy Gibbons and Frank Beard carry on, with Francis in Dusty's place.

The band will be out on their "Raw Whisky Tour." Their "RAW" album was recorded before the passing of Hill, in a very, laid-back, intimate way, as documented in Netflix's "That Little Ol' Band From Texas." That album will come out July 22, 2022.

The band also has a 100-proof whisky, ZZ Top Tres Hombres Whisky; hence the "RAW Whisky" name of the tour.

The Texas rockers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, after selling millions of albums and playing for millions of fans. The trio released some of the most iconic blues-rock/southern rock song of the '70s and '80s.
