I wish I was the kind of mom who would orchestrate science experiments in my house, but I'm not. I just don't want the mess. Luckily we live in great place where our kids can experiment and create, out of the house.

My daughter will watch slime making videos on YouTube for hours. She knows all about them. If your kids are also into slime, then the Magnetic Slime making event on January 5th at the Windsor/Severance Library is perfect. STEAM Makers invites kids 10 and older to the event. It's from 4pm to 5pm and is free, but you do need to register.

The Windsor-Severance Library is at 720 3rd Street, in Windsor.
