Why 30-Something Moms Might Want to See “Straight Outta Compton” the Movie [Video]

At a very impressionable age I was introduced to the rap music of N.W.A. by the older brother of my best friend. It was nasty, dirty music with an incredible beat that opened of a culture I did not know existed. I had been home-schooled and attended a private church school at the time I heard this album. Like I said, it was a whole world I knew nothing about. I stopped listening to rap when I was young. I am a white, liberal-minded wife and mom of 3, but, I still know most of the words to the N.W.A. album Straight Outta Compton and for whatever reason, I want to see the movie.
