Whitney Houston’s Official Cause of Death Released

The L.A. coroner officially released the cause of death for Whitney Houston Thursday afternoon.

The Los Angeles County coroner's office has determined that Whitney Houston's official cause of death is listed as: "drowning and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use."

Whitney House was found in a Beverly Hilton Hotel room on February 11, 2012. She was 48 years old.
