What Do You Think of Panhandlers in Fort Collins? [POLL]

In Fort Collins, the panhandling isn't nearly as bad as some sections of cities across America and the world. The people who sit in the medians that I've seen are not very forward, they've never approached my car, and the only things I've ever seen them do is sit there, humbly holding their signs.

I do not give to them. It is my belief that doing that only confirms to them and the universe that they couldn't earn the money that I've given for themselves, when I know they could earn the money. They'd be prouder doing it, too.
