Stage 6 of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge bicycle race passed through Northern Colorado on Saturday August 22nd. The race started at The Ranch just before noon.

The World's best bicyclists raced through Windsor, Loveland, Carter Lake, up Buckhorn Canyon to Rist Canyon and Horsetooth Reservoir.  The 102-mile stage finished in front of thousand of people in Old Town Fort Collins.

Roman Kreuziger of Czech Republic, riding for Tinkoff-Saxo, crossed the finish line first to win stage six from Loveland to Fort Collins.  Krueziger is a two-time top 10 finisher in the Tour de France. The final and 7th stage of the Pro Challenge is from Golden to Denver on Sunday. (Today)

A big thank you to my lovely wife, Jenny, for taking pictures of the race in Windsor and at Horsetooth Reservoir.
